For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area in the hotel specifically catered to children.

I just needed a place for one night, everything was great. Location was marvellous and good, a 10-15 minute walk from Muzeum Oscypka Zakopane. Moreover, it was in nice area just next door to slopes, The Best restaurant in Zakopane and very direct access to slopes.

The apartment was spotless and perfectly located, just a short stroll from the vibrant shopping and eating district. The spa facilities were a delightful surprise after our long hikes!

We loved our stay at Giewont Krupowki Spa! The location was fantastic, centrally located and close to supermarkets. The facilities at Giewont Krupowki Spa were fantastic, especially the pool and spa area. After a long day of exploring, it was amazing to be able to jump into the pool and relax. The location of the hotel was also ideal, close to supermarkets and with direct access to the slopes. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The cleaning services were not up to par. The room was not cleaned during our stay, and we had to request extra towels and toilet paper.

Indoor swimming pool: great for relaxing, especially when the kids are not splashing around. Free private parking: perfect, because hunting for a parking spot is my idea of a good time. WiFi in public areas: wonderful, now I can ignore my family while surfing the internet.

Room service: who needs clean towels and toiletries anyway?

Beautiful place with a nice spa.

I did, however, encounter a minor inconvenience when it came to key pickup. I had to travel quite a distance in heavy traffic to retrieve the key, which was a bit frustrating.
